At Red Dragon Darts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. If your new darts or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging. Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Red Dragon

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
